Carne Shabu is meant to be crispy, but our latest batch came out greasy and chewy. Instead of tossing it, we're selling it at a SUPER discounted price. It still has that amazing flavor, and we still used grass-fed Wagyu but it's just a bit chewier (like normal jerky).
